WSAPI provides WhatsApp API integration services, allowing developers and businesses to send and receive messages through the WhatsApp platform. Our service includes API endpoints, webhooks, SDKs, and supporting infrastructure.

3. Registration and Account Security

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. We may change our pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

We respect your privacy and handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You retain ownership of your data, and we act as a processor of your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

8. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high service availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services. We may perform maintenance, updates, or experience outages that temporarily affect service availability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WSAPI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

11. Intellectual Property

The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WSAPI and its licensors. The service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
